My First Bath!

Colton's umbilical cord Finally fell off when he was about 3 weeks!! That was our cue for his first bath! Dad had the cameras ready and mom had the bath all ready for him. His first bath was a success and we found out that he enjoys bath time. In the beginning of course we were all getting comfortable with holding our tiny miracle while he was very slippery. Since his first bath we have gotten so much better at bath time! Colton Loves bath time and loves to be in the water. When we give him his bath at night he knows that it is almost time for bed. His bath relaxes him and he is ready to curl up in our arms getting ready to go to sleep. The routine has worked out so well for both Colton and mommy and daddy.

We discovered through some hard times that he has acid reflux. He was an awesome spitter upper and was able to launch pretty far at times! Every time he spit up you could tell he was in pain and would cry. We put him on prevacid to help with his reflux and we have seen a huge change in him. When he spits his medicine up we can see the difference and we are prepared to help him through his pain. He is so good at taking the medicine, we think he actually enjoys it!

He Loves when we pour water on his chest.

We Did It!!!

Warming up after my first bath!

I'm such a big boy when I take my medicine.

That bath wore me out!
